Office Vault Team - Building a Shared Design Thinking Mindset

A two-day practical training programme for the Office Vault team, designed to build a stronger understanding of human-centred problem-solving and collaborative product development.

I designed and facilitated the session to help a multidisciplinary team experience the design thinking process through practical, hands-on activities rather than theory alone. Participants worked through interviewing, empathy mapping, journey mapping, problem framing, ideation, information architecture, low-fidelity prototyping and peer feedback. The training was structured around simple, relatable use cases so the team could focus on learning the mindset and methods before applying them to more complex product challenges within Office Vault.

The goal was not to turn everyone into a designer. It was to create a shared language for understanding customers, defining problems and making product decisions collaboratively.
